Windows Explorer opens new window when click on folder

When you are using Windows Explorer and click on a folder it opens that folder in new window.

Here is what to do: Click Start, Run and run the 2 lines below:

regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll"

regsvr32 "%SystemRoot%\System32\actxprxy.dll"
